This advanced performance series of Cyanoacrylates are a family of products that have been designed and manufactured to meet the higher demands of today’s product performance requirements. This family of Cyanoacrylates has excellent high end temperature resistance. They are ideal for applications that have a high degree of temperature cycling and/or extended operation at elevated temperatures.
Colorless transparent liquid with a useful temperature range of -60ºF to +275ºF. Full cure 24 hours. Tensile Shear strength 2700-4200 psi.
Our high temperature cyanoacrylates come in a wide variety of viscosities to meet your cure speed and gap fill requirements. As a rule of thumb, high viscosity (thick) glues cure slower than lower viscosities, but they have a higher gap fill rate.
HT5 is 5 cps viscosity (very water like) with gap fill .002. Typical fixture time < 7 seconds.
HT30 is 30 cps viscosity with gap fill .003. Typical fixture time < 12 seconds.
HT100 is 100 cps viscosity with gap fill .006. Typical fixture time < 14 seconds.
HT500 is 500 cps viscosity with gap fill .008. Typical fixture time < 14 seconds.
HT1000 is 1000 cps viscosity with gap fill .008. Typical fixture time < 18 seconds.
HT1500 is 1500 cps viscosity with gap fill .008. Typical fixture time < 18 seconds.
HT2400 is 2400 cps viscosity with gap fill .008. Typical fixture time < 18 seconds.
