This family of Cyanoacrylates combines excellent peel and impact resistance with high shear strength. They work best in applications where high stress, temperature, humidity, vibration and impact are present.
Colorless, transparent liquid with a useful temperature range of -65ºF to +225ºF. Full cure 24 hours. Tensile/Shear strength 3100-3500 psi.
Our clear rubber toughened cyanoacrylates come in a wide variety of viscosities to meet your cure speed and gap fill requirements. As a rule of thumb, high viscosity (thick) glues cure slower than lower viscosities, but they have a higher gap fill rate.
CT300 is 300 cps viscosity with gap fill .006. Typical fixture time < 20 seconds.
CT800 is 800 cps viscosity with gap fill .008. Typical fixture time < 40 seconds.
CT2400 is 2400 cps viscosity with gap fill .008. Typical fixture time < 45 seconds.
CT5000 is 5000 cps viscosity with gap fill .010. Typical fixture time < 50 seconds. |
