Our anaerobic threadlockers are the newest chemical products designed to reduce manufacturing cost while providing increased reliability of mechanical assemblies. Anaerobic products are designed to cure (with minimal shrinkage) in the presence of metal and the absence of air, (oxygen). They have been used by manufacturers for over 35 years to replace expensive mechanical devices designed to prevent parts from vibrating apart.
Because of minimal shrinkage, Anaerobics also prevent rust, corrosion and leakage. This latest version of anaerobics are less surface sensitive and will cure on as received parts generally to a working cure of one hour.
21TL: Low strength threadlocking , low viscosity for small screws, and easy disassembly.
22TL: Low strength threadlocking, ideal for small screws, ¼” and smaller. Controlled lubricity for accurate clamp loading. Easy disassembly.
41TL: Medium strength threadlocking, low viscosity for fine tolerances and small diameter fasteners.
42TL: General purpose, medium strength, removable. Ideal for fasteners ¾” or smaller. Controlled lubricity for accurate clamp loading
43TL: Medium strength, high viscosity, improved oil resistance, larger diameter fasteners, removable.
62TL: High strength, permanent threadlocking. High lubricity for easy assembly . Rapid handling strength, excellent resistance to extreme chemical and environmental conditions.
71TL: High strength, permanent threadlocking, ideal for fasteners up to 1.
72TL: High strength, permanent threadlocking. Excellent high temperature properties. 450°F
77TL: High strength, permanent threadlocking. Higher viscosity for diameters over 1.
90TL: High Strength, wicking grade. Ideal for post application to pre-assembled fasteners. Penetrates threads by capillary action. Secures screws, bolts, seals welds, porous metal parts. |
